What is the difference between Mesoline Refresh and Mesoline Tight?
Refresh is a “hydration cocktail” packed with hyaluronic acid and vitamins, perfect for boosting glow and treating dullness. Mesoline Tight focuses on firming and elasticity, using lifting peptides to redefine facial contours and address early signs of sagging.
Does microneedling hurt?
Comfort is a priority at Reforme Lab. We apply a medical-grade numbing cream before the procedure, so most clients feel only a mild prickling sensation or “sandpaper” texture during the treatment.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
While you’ll notice a “rejuvenation glow” within 72 hours, we typically recommend a series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart for significant improvements in skin texture, scarring, and firmness.
What is the downtime after a microneedling treatment?
You can expect mild redness, similar to a light sunburn, for 12 to 48 hours. Some clients experience light flaking around day 3. Most people return to their normal routine the next day, though we recommend skipping makeup for 24 hours.
Can I combine microneedling with dermal fillers or Botox?
Absolutely! We often recommend a “Total Refresh” plan. However, we usually suggest waiting 2 weeks after getting fillers before having a microneedling session in that same area to allow the fillers to settle.
Is microneedling safe for all skin types?
Yes. Unlike some laser treatments, microneedling is generally safe for all skin tones (Fitzpatrick scales I-VI) because it does not use heat to damage the skin, reducing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
