Non-surgical rhinoplasty is very minimally invasive, but it’s important to know what can happen during and after the treatment. In very rare cases, vascular complications can occur if a blood vessel is affected. This is uncommon, and we take precautions with every injection. Q. How much filler is required?
The amount of filler needed varies based on your anatomy and treatment goals, but most non-surgical rhinoplasties require between 0.5 to 1 mL of hyaluronic acid filler. In some cases, like when creating more projection, building up a very flat bridge, or correcting multiple concerns, up to 2 mL may be used, typically spread across sessions for safety.
The goal isn’t to add bulk, but to place small, precise amounts of filler that reshape and refine the nose while keeping results natural and balanced with the rest of your face.
Q. How soon will I see results?
You’ll see the results of a non-surgical nose job immediately after the procedure, though there may be some swelling or bruising that temporarily masks the final result. After a few days, the swelling typically subsides, and you’ll see the final effect.
Q. How long does it last?
Everybody is different, however, clients can expect results to last for 9-12 months.
Q. Is there any downtime?
One of the biggest advantages of this treatment is that downtime is very minimal. You may experience some swelling, bruising, or redness around the injection sites, but these effects typically resolve within a few days to a week. Most people return to work or social activities right away, though it’s a good idea to avoid pressing on or massaging the treated area for at least 24-48 hours.

Yes! Non-surgical nose jobs can be combined with other cosmetic treatments like Botox, dermal fillers (for facial volume loss), or lip fillers to enhance the overall facial balance and harmony. Your provider can help determine the best combination of treatments based on your goals.

You may be a good candidate if you:

Q. Is a liquid nose job painful?
Most patients find it very tolerable. The procedure uses tiny needles or cannulas, and most dermal fillers contain lidocaine (a built-in numbing agent) to minimize discomfort. You’ll feel a bit of pressure and possibly some pinching during injections, but the whole process is usually done in 15–30 minutes. If you’re nervous, topical numbing cream can also be applied before your treatment.
